- Mechanical fixing with screws is mandatory to ensure structural stability under heavy loads. Counter-sink the screws below the surface.
- Fill all joint lines and screw heads with a premium exterior-grade filler.
- Once dry, sand the filled areas using 180-220 grit sandpaper for a flush finish.
- Apply an optional primer coat if recommended by your paint manufacturer, followed by two coats of high-quality water-based or synthetic paint. For outdoor applications, a UV-resistant paint is mandatory.
