The P83002 Polyurethane Column Pedestal is a multifunctional decorative element designed to serve as a classical pedestal, side table base, or ornamental stool. Combining historical Corinthian architecture with modern polymer technology, it adds structural depth and premium aesthetics to residential or commercial projects.

With dimensions of 400x400x524 mm, this pedestal offers a highly stable square footprint and a comfortable height for seating or display. Manufactured from rigid polyurethane (PU) with a density of 150-200 kg/m³, it matches the hardness of wood while remaining lightweight. The closed-cell structure prevents water absorption (less than 1%), making it completely rot-proof and resistant to swelling.

Visually, the pedestal boasts an ornate capital featuring deeply carved acanthus leaf motifs and scrolls, transitioning into a classical fluted column shaft. The base is adorned with delicate relief carvings. The square top is designed with a tufted cushion-like pattern, blending sculptural stonework aesthetics with functional furniture design.

Ideal for luxury interior and exterior settings. Compared to heavy plaster or decay-prone wood, this PU column is extremely lightweight, crack-resistant, and easy to handle. Installation requires preparing a clean, dry surface, applying a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive, and securing it mechanically with screws. The material is self-extinguishing and does not support combustion once the flame source is removed.

The product arrives with a factory-applied primer coat, preparing the surface for finishing. While this factory layer aids paint adhesion, paint manufacturers do not guarantee performance without their proprietary primers; hence, an additional primer application is optional and at the buyer's choice. Polure does not accept liability for paint applications. For outdoor applications, a UV-resistant topcoat is mandatory to prevent natural yellowing.
