Polyurethane Decorative Flower Rosette Ornament

The P8614C decorative rosette offers a refined solution for introducing classical floral aesthetics into modern and traditional architectural spaces. Featuring a compact 100x100x22 mm circular form, this architectural embellishment serves as an eye-catching focal point, breaking the monotony of flat walls, ceilings, or cabinet panels with its distinctive relief design.

Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this ornament matches the hardness of wood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Its closed-cell structure offers moisture resistance and low water absorption (below 1%), helping the material resist warping, swelling, or rot over time. This makes it a highly durable alternative to traditional plaster or wood carvings.

Visually, the P8614C features a beautifully balanced eight-petal flower motif centered around a smooth, rounded dome. The deep, sculpted details create a play of light and shadow, giving the piece a striking three-dimensional appearance. These clean, defined lines remain sharp even after multiple coats of paint, preserving the intricate craftsmanship of the design.

This versatile rosette is perfect for a wide range of interior and exterior design projects. It can be used as corner accents in wall paneling (boiserie), decorative motifs on fireplace mantels, or embellishments for furniture and doors. When finished with a UV-resistant coating, it serves as an excellent architectural detail for exterior entryways, cornices, and window frames.

Installation is simple and efficient. The product is mounted securely using polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive, reinforced with small pins or screws where necessary. The factory-applied primer coat prepares the surface for painting with water-based or synthetic paints. However, applying an additional primer is optional and depends on the specific guidelines of your chosen paint manufacturer. Once installed, joint lines and screw heads can be filled with standard filler, sanded, and painted for a seamless finish.
