Exterior Corinthian Pilaster Head

Polure exterior Corinthian pilaster heads crown flat wall pilasters with ornate acanthus leaf carvings, delicate scrolls, and lavish classical detail for grand exterior building portals. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these Corinthian capitals replicate master stone carving while remaining exceptionally lightweight for secure overhead wall-mounting. Featuring a non-porous closed-cell matrix, water absorption is strictly under 1%, and the pilaster heads are highly resistant to rot, swelling, warping, and cracking, with dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C. B2 (DIN 4102-1) fire class, each element arrives factory-primed with a smooth white acrylic coat. Note that these capitals are purely decorative and non-load-bearing. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on rear surfaces paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes with facade putty and finish with elastic UV-resistant exterior paint.
