exterior facade base models

Exterior facade base models refer to the different profile and size options of polyurethane base pieces used at column and pilaster feet on a building's outer facade. Models are selected according to the column diameter and the facade look to give the base a clean start. The polyurethane material is lightweight; each model is fixed to the facade with mounting adhesive and mechanical fasteners. It resists moisture, rain and UV; it does not crack, blister or rot and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than stone bases, they add no load to the facade and make installation easier; compared with wood they do not absorb moisture. Because they are mould-produced, the profile and size repeat identically in each model. Polure produces exterior facade base models in different profiles and sizes.
