Exterior Column Cladding

Polure exterior column cladding transforms standard structural supports into architectural centerpieces on building facades and entrance porches. Formulated from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this cladding provides robust impact resistance and weatherability matching natural stone or timber, without adding massive dead loads to building foundations. With a closed-cell structure boasting water absorption below 1%, it helps limit warping, rot, swelling, or mold growth under harsh rain, freezing conditions, or high humidity. It operates reliably within temperature limits of -20 °C / +70 °C and has fire class B2 (DIN 4102-1). Pre-primed with a factory white acrylic coating, it requires painting with high-quality UV-resistant exterior paint. Installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contacts and joining seams, augmented by countersunk screws. Recessed screw heads and seams are filled, sanded using 180-220 grit, and finished.
