A classic facade moulding band is a projecting profile element applied along floor lines and horizontal levels on a building's exterior. It divides the facade horizontally, creating a separation line between floors and adding depth to the surface through its shadow effect. Polyurethane facade moulding is lightweight, adds no extra load to the structure and is fixed directly to the wall with construction adhesive. The material resists moisture, frost and impact; it does not crack, blister or peel and can be painted. Compared with plaster or stone alternatives, it is faster to carry and fit.
