The profile arrives with a factory-applied primer coat that prepares the surface for finishing. While this base layer optimizes paint adhesion, the application of an additional primer remains optional and is subject to the specific recommendations of your chosen paint manufacturer.

This versatile profile serves multiple decorative roles. Indoors, it acts as an exquisite chair rail or a ceiling-to-wall transition piece in formal dining rooms, hotel lobbies, and corridors. Outdoors, it serves as an excellent mid-floor belt course (kat silmesi) to break up expansive building facades. Unlike fragile gypsum plaster which chips easily, or soft EPS foam which lacks impact resistance, this high-density material offers superb resistance to daily wear and impact, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces.

Installing the profile is straightforward and highly efficient. The material can be cut cleanly at 45-degree angles using standard woodworking miter saws. During application, the joints must be bonded using polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive and secured mechanically with screws. After the adhesive cures, joints and screw heads are filled with a suitable filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper, and finished with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint. For all outdoor installations, the use of a high-quality UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent surface discoloration.
