architectural panel

An architectural panel is a polyurethane plate element used to give a wall or facade surface texture, pattern or division. It is mounted as wall cladding indoors and as a facade accent outdoors. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied with assembly adhesive and, where needed, mechanical fixings; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp and can be painted. Compared with a stone or timber panel it is far lighter and adds no extra load to the surface. Because it is moulded, the panel pattern repeats identically on every piece. Polure produces the architectural panel in different sizes and pattern options.
