Polyurethane Flat Face Decorative Pilaster Panel

The P5030WP flat-profile pilaster is an advanced polyurethane architectural component engineered to introduce structured verticality and classical proportions to interior walls and exterior facades. Unlike traditional bulky columns, this low-profile panel integrates directly against flat surfaces, acting as a refined visual pillar that enhances the scale and height of any room or building exterior.

Manufactured with a high-density rigid core of 150-220 kg/m³, this structural element offers the physical durability of solid timber with a reduced risk of warping, splitting, or rotting. Measuring 302 mm in width, 32 mm in depth, and 2400 mm in height, it provides a substantial architectural presence. The closed-cell structure guarantees a water absorption rate of under 1%, ensuring absolute dimensional stability in humid environments, with dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C.

Visually, the P5030WP features a clean, recessed central face framed by symmetrical, stepped borders. This understated geometric design bridges the gap between neoclassical symmetry and modern minimalism, making it highly versatile. The smooth, factory-applied primer coat provides an excellent base for final color customization, allowing the panel to blend seamlessly into monochromatic walls or stand out as a contrasting focal point.

This versatile panel is ideal for defining zones in spacious living areas, framing grand doorways, or constructing sophisticated boiserie systems in boutique hotels and residential lobbies. On exterior facades, it serves as a robust decorative element to flank windows, outline entryways, or break up flat wall expanses when finished with UV-resistant coatings.

Installation is straightforward and clean. Secure the panel to a dry, level surface using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive combined with mechanical screws for permanent stability. While the factory primer prepares the surface for painting, applying an additional primer is optional and should be decided based on your paint manufacturer's specific warranty guidelines. Finish with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint to achieve a flawless, durable finish.
