Neoclassical Wall Decoration

Neoclassical wall decoration is the plain, symmetrical arrangement of interior walls with classical architectural elements. Polyurethane elements such as wall panels, coving, casings and borders are applied to the wall surface to create a framed, layered look. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. As a result, installation is completed faster and cleaner than with plaster alternatives, and the panel can be painted the same colour as the wall paint. Because it is mould-cast, the profile and motif details repeat identically on every piece, which suits symmetrical panel arrangements. Polure produces the panel, border and casing groups used in wall decoration in a range of size options.
