Polyurethane Facade String Course

A polyurethane facade string course is a polyurethane profile strip that forms a horizontal line on a building's exterior, accenting the spaces between floors and window lines. By dividing the facade horizontally it provides a layered look and is used at sill and lintel lines. Polyurethane is lightweight and applies directly to the facade with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being lighter than a stone string course, it installs quickly over long runs and joints can be blended with filler. Because it is mould-cast, the section stays consistent along its length.
