polyurethane round trim

Polyurethane round trim is a slim, lengthy decorative moulding with a half-round or full-round profile cross-section. It is used to create a soft, rounded line at wall-to-ceiling joints, along panel edges and at border transitions. The polyurethane material is lightweight; it is applied directly with mounting adhesive, resists moisture and impact, and will not crack, swell or split, plus it takes paint well. Unlike wooden trim, it is unaffected by moisture, and unlike plaster trim, it does not break and is easier to cut. Because it is mould-cast, the profile cross-section stays identical along every metre and the joints become hard to spot. Polure produces round trim in a range of diameters and lengths; on long runs, the sections are completed with straight cuts.
