Polyurethane Corinthian Column Capital

A polyurethane Corinthian column capital is the polyurethane capital piece, decorated with acanthus leaves and volutes, that sits on the top of a column shaft in the Corinthian order. It forms the transition between the column shaft and the ceiling or eave; it is used in column cladding and classical hall and entrance arrangements. The polyurethane material is light and fixed to the shaft as a single piece with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Being lighter than a stone or plaster capital, it needs no extra bracket or support. Because the acanthus-leaf and curve details are mould-cast, they repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces the Corinthian column capital in options suited to different diameters and shaft sizes.
