Precast Facade Systems

Precast facade systems are a complete application set that fits out a building's exterior with prefabricated decorative elements as a whole. They cover the coordinated planning and installation of parts such as window surrounds, cornices, columns, sills and panels. Unlike traditional reinforced-concrete precast systems, polyurethane precast systems consist of lightweight elements and are applied without adding load to the facade. The parts are cast in factory moulds and joined on site with mounting adhesive and mechanical fixing. Polyurethane resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior paint.
