Precast Exterior Facade Cladding

Precast exterior facade cladding is the application of covering a building's exterior with prefabricated elements. It covers the installation of parts such as panels, window surrounds, cornices and sills along the facade. While classic precast cladding uses cement-based panels, polyurethane precast cladding achieves the same texture in a lightweight material. The parts are cast in factory moulds and fixed to the facade on site with mounting adhesive and mechanical connection. Polyurethane is lightweight, so it adds no load to the facade structure and installs in a short time. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior paint.
