Precast Exterior Facade Systems

Precast exterior facade systems are an application set that fits out a building's exterior with prefabricated elements as an integrated whole. They cover the coordinated planning and installation of parts such as window surrounds, cornices, columns, sills, panels and brackets. Unlike reinforced-concrete precast systems, polyurethane precast systems consist of lightweight elements and add no load to the facade. The parts are cast in factory moulds and joined on site with mounting adhesive and mechanical fixing.
