Rustic Log Models

Rustic log models cover a range of polyurethane beam and decor types with a timber log look and a moulded wood texture. They are used on ceilings, walls and beam areas to give a natural timber effect in rustic-style spaces. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Unlike real logs it does not absorb moisture and swell, does not rot and is not attacked by insects; compared with plaster it is lighter and more break-resistant. Because the grain and knot details on the surface are mould-produced, they repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces rustic log models in a range of sizes, textures and forms.
