rustic polyurethane log

A rustic polyurethane log is a decorative log element made of polyurethane with a natural timber log look and a moulded wood grain texture. It is used on ceilings, walls and beam areas to give a rustic timber log effect. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Unlike a real log it does not absorb moisture and swell, does not rot and is not attacked by insects; it requires no structural load and can be carried by one person. Because the grain and knot details on the surface are mould-produced, they repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces rustic polyurethane logs in various sizes and textures.
