Polure waterproof moldings feature moisture-resistant baseboards, crown cornices, wall chair rails, and exterior facade profiles designed for high-humidity areas and outdoor installations. Precision-molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these moldings provide wood-like mechanical durability without rotting, warping, swelling, or attracting insects. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they perform flawlessly in bathrooms, kitchens, spa areas, and exterior building envelopes. Engineered to withstand temperature fluctuations from -100 °C / +80 °C with Class B2 fire safety certification, every profile arrives factory pre-primed with smooth white acrylic primer. Installation involves applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive to contact edges (silicone is strictly forbidden), combined with mechanical screw attachment into wall anchors. Countersunk screw holes are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and painted with water-based or UV-resistant exterior paint.
