Polyurethane Curved Arch Molding and Frame Decor

The P2001D123VO curved arch molding offers an architectural option for framing windows, doorways, and wall recesses. Designed with a clean, smooth contour, this curved element brings structural balance and definition to premium residential and commercial projects. Its minimalist profile avoids heavy ornamentation, making it highly versatile for modern, classic, or transitionally styled spaces.

Manufactured with a precise width of 926 mm, a height of 259 mm, and a thickness of 27 mm, this arch molding is made from high-grade rigid polymer with a density of 150-220 kg/m³. This high density provides a sturdy, wood-like surface hardness while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Unlike plaster or timber, this material does not shrink, warp, or crack under temperature fluctuations ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C, ensuring reliable dimensional stability over time.

Visually, the profile displays a stepped outer edge that transitions smoothly into a broad, flat curved face. This specific profile geometry captures light and shadow beautifully, defining the curve without cluttering the visual field. Assess water and moisture exposure using the product technical data, surface finish and installation details.

For installation, ensure the target surface is clean, dry, and level. The molding must be bonded using polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive and mechanically secured with stainless steel screws. Joint connections and screw heads should be finished with a compatible exterior-grade filler, followed by light sanding. The product arrives with a factory-applied primer. While this surface is ready for topcoating, paint manufacturers do not guarantee adhesion without their own system primers; therefore, applying an additional primer layer is optional and at the customer's discretion. For all outdoor installations, a high-quality UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent yellowing.
