A custom entrance design comes to life like this in the workshop. In this project, we are preparing the polyurethane panels that complete the door surround. We cut the profiles to size and check the corner joints one by one.

As the frames are placed onto the panel, we apply the adhesive and ensure all lines meet in perfect alignment. Each piece completes a part of the larger design. Smooth joints and balanced placement reveal the character of the entrance.

After the final checks, we secure the connections. During the painting stage, the depth of the frames and the integrity of the surface become more pronounced. Now it is time to prepare this hard work for its journey.
