A decorative balcony railing is a polyurethane railing element of balusters and handrails mounted on the balcony edge. It is used to give the balcony a classic railing look and to decorate the edge. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed using mounting adhesive and fastening elements; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted with exterior paint. Being far lighter than a concrete or stone baluster, it adds no extra load to the balcony structure and installation is quick. As it is mould-cast, the baluster form repeats exactly on every piece.
