An exterior facade decorative element is a decorative polyurethane piece used alone or in combination on the outer surface of a building. It can take different forms such as a trim, cornice, sill, column or medallion, and is used on the facade around windows, at floor transitions, under eaves or at the entrance. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly to the facade with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture, sun and temperature swings; it does not crack or blister and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being lighter than stone or concrete, it adds no load to the facade and makes the work easier on upper floors. Because it is mould-cast, the surface pattern and dimensions are the same on every piece.
