classic column element

A classic column element refers to the individual polyurethane parts that make up a classic column, such as the base, shaft and capital. Each element is produced separately to form the relevant section of the column and is assembled during installation. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being much lighter than a stone or plaster element, it is easy to carry and install. Because each piece is mould-cast, the profile and ornament details repeat identically across every unit.
