Polyurethane Moulding

The Polure polyurethane moulding offers high-end architectural aesthetics combined with exceptional material durability. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this decorative trim features fine carved relief detailing while maintaining a lightweight structure that imposes no heavy load on walls or ceilings. Its closed-cell composition limits water absorption to under 1%, ensuring complete resistance to rot, swelling, mold, and insect damage in both interior rooms and demanding exterior facades. Engineered to withstand temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C without shrinkage or thermal warping, the profile holds a certified B2 self-extinguishing fire safety class. Supplied factory pre-coated with a smooth white acrylic technical primer, it is immediately ready for site installation. Mount securely by applying a continuous bead of pu assembly adhesive across contact surfaces and securing with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill fastener joints with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with water-based or synthetic paints.
