Rustic Ceiling Beam

A rustic ceiling beam is a polyurethane ceiling element finished with a natural wood look and a textured surface of knots and grain. It is installed horizontally to bring a rural, timber appearance to ceilings in living rooms, kitchens and cafés. Polyurethane is far lighter than real wood, so a single person can carry and fit it; it resists moisture and will not warp, rot, crack or attract insects. Its hollow U-profile lets you conceal cables and wiring in the ceiling, and it is applied directly with assembly adhesive and screws. The surface can be painted and patinated in wood tones.
