This crown did not come out of a ready-made mold. It started with an idea specific to the project. At Polure, we created this special form by machining the polyurethane blocks we produced ourselves on a CNC machine, according to the three-dimensional model.
Thus, the curves in the design, the reliefs in the center, and the arms opening to both sides were transformed into a true-scale product. The strength here is not just producing a large ornament, but being able to bring the form required by the design to life with our own production infrastructure. First, the details emerge.
Then, the pieces come together. The lines merge. The proportions are completed, and the crown reveals its full character.
Now, we are moving from the workshop to the Tokat Divon project. The same design language joins the rhythm of the facade above the windows. When you look closely, you see the carved reliefs.
When you look from afar, you see the harmony it establishes with the architecture. From a small curve to a large facade, design and production advance together at every step. The pieces shaped according to the project become part of a whole in the application.
Polure is a production partner for the custom form needs of architects and contractors. What kind of crown should your project have? Share your facade visual and dimensions.
Let's bring your idea into a producible form together.
