Installation
Successful installation begins with preparing a dry, clean, and dust-free mounting surface. If custom fitting is required, use a fine-toothed saw to make precise 45-degree miter cuts. Apply a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive evenly along the bonding surfaces; do not use silicone-based adhesives under any circumstances. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory to ensure structural safety and prevent movement during the curing process. Once the adhesive has cured, fill all screw holes and joints with an exterior-grade structural compound. Sand the joint areas smoothly using 180-220 grit sandpaper, apply an optional secondary primer if desired, and finish with two coats of paint. For exterior projects, a UV-resistant topcoat is mandatory.
