Architectural Moldings

Polure architectural moldings offer classic framing and decorative elevation for ceilings, walls, cornices, and doorways. Produced from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these moldings feature wood-like mechanical durability while remaining light enough for effortless handling. Engineered with a closed-cell matrix and water absorption under 1%, they will not warp, swell, rot, or attract insects in humid rooms or exterior conditions. They retain dimensional stability from -100 °C / +80 °C and possess a B2 fire safety rating. Delivered pre-primed in white acrylic technical primer, they require cutting 45° miter joints with a fine-tooth saw, applying continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive on all contact surfaces, and securing with countersunk screws. Screw holes and seam joints are filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth prior to applying elastic exterior or interior paints.
