Decorative Pedestal

A decorative pedestal is a polyurethane base element placed beneath a column, vase, bust or decorative object, giving a supporting appearance. It is used in living rooms, entrance halls and display areas to raise and emphasise objects. The polyurethane material is lightweight and can be fixed with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being far lighter than stone and plaster equivalents, it is easy to carry and position. Because it is mould-cast, the profile and ornamentation detail is identical on every piece.
