decorative edge profile
A decorative edge profile is a polyurethane moulding used to frame the edges of walls, ceilings or panels and to conceal joint lines. Indoors it serves as a detailing and finishing element along panel borders, niche edges and surface transitions. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or peel, and can be painted. Unlike wooden profiles it is not affected by moisture, and compared with plaster it is lighter and quicker to install. Because it is moulded, the profile cross-section is identical in every piece and the pattern stays continuous at corner joints. Polure produces the decorative edge profile in a range of cross-sections and sizes.
