Polyurethane Classical Corner Panel Moulding Decor

The P82012A decorative corner moulding serves as a premium architectural transition for wall paneling and framing systems. Designed to seamlessly link linear trims, this high-fidelity ornament elevates simple walls into structured, classical masterworks. Specially engineered for high-end residential and commercial projects, it introduces a sophisticated relief profile without the structural weight of traditional plaster.

Measuring 280x280x30 mm, the piece is manufactured from a rigid polyurethane compound with a density of 150-220 kg/m³. This high-density core ensures wood-like durability and resistance to impacts, while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Unlike timber or medium-density fiberboards, the material is completely hydrophobic, absorbing less than 1% moisture, and maintains its physical stability in environments ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C.

Visually, the model showcases deep-relief baroque scrollwork, featuring stylized acanthus curls, a delicate central beaded line, and a robust 90-degree outer profile. The intricate carving details capture light and shadow dynamically, creating an authentic hand-carved appearance. This structural depth makes it a perfect focal point for classical wall paneling grids or ceiling borders.

Suitable for both interior and exterior environments, this corner trim is widely specified in luxury living rooms, hotel lobbies, corridors, and master suites. When finished with a high-quality UV-resistant coating, it also performs exceptionally well on building facades, framing windows, entrance doors, or decorative exterior panels under porches.

Installation is clean and straightforward. After preparing a dry, dust-free surface, the corner is mounted using polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive and mechanically secured with screws. Joint gaps and screw heads are easily filled with acrylic filler, followed by light sanding. Compared to heavy plaster which is prone to cracking, or wood which suffers from rot and insects, this modern alternative offers decades of structural integrity.

Delivered with a factory-applied primer, the surface is ready for finishing coats of water-based or synthetic paints. This decorative element provides professional builders and interior architects with an efficient, durable, and highly detailed solution for neoclassical wall and ceiling trim designs.
