Exterior facade decorative beading is a thin decorative polyurethane profile applied horizontally or vertically to the outer surface of a building. It is used on the facade to divide surfaces, mark floor transitions or frame panel edges. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly to the facade with mounting adhesive. It resists moisture, sun and temperature swings, does not crack or blister, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Unlike wooden beading it is not affected by moisture and does not rot; compared with plaster it is lighter. Because it is mould-cast, the cross-section is the same on every piece and forms a straight line over long runs.
