Exterior facade ceiling moulding is the general name for the polyurethane decorative elements used in the soffit and ceiling area of a building's exterior. It covers parts such as cornices, profiles, corners and ceiling roses, adding detail to the upper line of the facade. Polyurethane is lightweight and resistant to outdoor weather, moisture and impact; it will not crack, blister and can be painted. Because it adds far less load than plaster or timber on tall facades, it can be installed safely and quickly with construction adhesive and mechanical fixing.
