Classical Facade Ornamentation

Classical facade ornamentation is the dressing of a building's exterior with classical decorative elements. A symmetrical and orderly facade appearance is created using surrounds, mouldings, cornices, arches, columns, brackets and facade motifs. These elements are mould-cast from exterior-grade polyurethane; the material is lightweight and fixed to the surface with adhesive and dowels. It resists moisture, frost and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. Because it is mould-cast, the profiles and motifs repeat identically along the facade. Polure produces classical facade ornamentation elements in a range of sizes and profile options.
