Classic column capitals are polyurethane capital elements that rest on top of classic column shafts and are decorated according to the classical orders. With forms specific to the Doric, Ionic and Corinthian orders, they are used to form and decorate the upper transition of columns. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being much lighter than stone or plaster capitals, they are easy to install at height. Because each piece is mould-cast, the leaf and scroll details repeat identically across every unit.
