Architectural Columns

Polure architectural columns brings architectural refinement and structural durability to interior and exterior design projects. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this element delivers wood-like mechanical strength while remaining lightweight, preventing structural strain on walls or facades. Its closed-cell structure provides low water absorption (below 1%), making it highly resistant to moisture, rot, mold, and insect damage in humid or outdoor conditions. Operating reliably across temperatures from -20 °C / +70 °C without warping or shrinking, the product has fire class B2 (DIN 4102-1). Pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer, it installs using continuous PU assembly adhesive on contact edges paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill joint seams and screw holes with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with quality topcoat paint.
