Classical Facade
Polure classical facade decorative trim brings historic elegance and weather-resistant protection to building exteriors and entryway cladding. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this facade trim offers wood-like mechanical durability while being light enough for smooth installation. Closed-cell composition restricts water absorption to under 1%, guaranteeing long-term protection against rain, freezing temperatures, rot, mold, and insects. Operational from -20 °C / +70 °C, it carries B2 fire class. Pre-treated with factory white acrylic technical primer, mounting requires continuous PU assembly adhesive on contact faces combined with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill screw holes and joint lines with exterior filler, sand with 180-220 grit paper, and finish with UV-resistant outdoor paint.
