Polyurethane Round Curved Arch Model with Keystone

The P1456D160VID is a premium architectural element designed to frame doorways, passages, and window transoms with classic symmetry. Featuring a clean semi-circular profile crowned with a central decorative keystone, this structural-style accent brings depth and definition to transition areas. Its smooth surface and stepped molding profile integrate naturally into both refined interior walls and exterior building facades.

Measuring 170 mm in depth, 2000 mm in span, and 1096 mm in height, this arch is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane. With a density of 150-220 kg/m³, it offers a wood-like surface hardness and excellent impact resistance while remaining lightweight. The closed-cell material structure ensures water absorption remains under 1%, preventing rot, swelling, or warping. It preserves its dimensional stability in temperatures ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C.

Visually, the arch presents a smooth, clean-lined curved face with subtle parallel step details that enhance its dimensional shadow lines. The prominent wedge-shaped keystone at the apex serves as a traditional visual anchor, mimicking classical stone masonry. The factory-applied primer coat provides a uniform base, making the surface ready for customizable finish paints to match your interior or exterior color palette.

This decorative arch is highly versatile. Indoors, it acts as an imposing transition between hallways, dining rooms, and salons. Outdoors, it serves as a durable facade element above villa entry portals, arched windows, or veranda openings. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure.

Compared to plaster or wood, this polyurethane element is shatterproof, moisture-resistant, and easy to handle. Installation requires a clean, dry surface. Apply polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the back, secure with mechanical screws, and fill the joints. While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying a secondary primer is optional and depends on the paint manufacturer's warranty specifications. Finish with two coats of paint, ensuring UV-resistant paint is used for all outdoor applications.
