Polyurethane Curved Arch and Architectural Door Frame Pediment

The P1456D95VIB is a structural-looking decorative arch pediment designed to frame arched doorways and windows. It brings a grand classical aesthetic to residential and commercial facades or premium interiors without the heavy load of traditional stone masonry. This architectural element acts as a crowning feature, instantly elevating the visual scale of any entrance or window assembly.

Engineered to professional standards, this product features a width of 1350 mm, a height of 740 mm, and a substantial depth of 211 mm. It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), ensuring a toughness comparable to hardwood while remaining lightweight. With less than 1% water absorption and dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C, it remains dimensionally stable against warping, rot, or cracking under harsh outdoor conditions.

Visually, the arch is defined by its clean, semi-circular profile and a prominent central decorative keystone. This keystone is adorned with a meticulously molded acanthus leaf scroll motif, which adds depth and a focal point to the curvature. The smooth, factory-primed surface highlights these crisp ornamental details, providing a perfect foundation for a flawless final paint finish.

This versatile arch pediment is highly suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Indoors, it creates elegant transitions in hallways, grand salon entrances, or hotel lobby portals. Externally, it serves as an impressive window header or main entrance accent on classical-style villas and historical restoration projects.

Compared to heavy gypsum plaster or moisture-sensitive wood, this lightweight alternative is shatterproof, easy to handle, and resistant to insect damage. Installation is straightforward using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive combined with mandatory mechanical screws for permanent stability. The factory-applied primer prepares the surface for direct painting, though applying an additional primer according to your paint manufacturer's guidelines is recommended for maximum warranty coverage.
