Their closed-cell physical structure absorbs less than 1% water, preventing decay, warping, swelling, or freeze-thaw damage over decades of outdoor exposure. Rated B2 fire class, they perform reliably from -100 °C / +80 °C. Pre-primed with a factory white acrylic coating, they require two coats of an elastic, UV-resistant exterior facade paint. Secure installation requires continuous polyurethane assembly adhesive and countersunk screws, with joint sections anchored mechanically to each other.
