Polyurethane Semi Circular Archway Model with Keystone

The P1456D160VIC is a premium architectural element designed to frame doorways, windows, and transitional passages with a classic semi-circular profile. Featuring a beautifully detailed central keystone with elegant acanthus scroll motifs, this archway brings structure and depth to both interior corridors and exterior facades. Unlike heavy plaster alternatives, this lightweight solution offers structural elegance without adding significant load to the building's framework.

With generous dimensions of 2000 mm in width, 1096 mm in height, and a depth of 221 mm, this arch is perfectly scaled for grand entryways and wide wall openings. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), the product possesses a wood-like hardness that resists physical impact. Its closed-cell structure ensures negligible water absorption (under 1%), protecting it from mold, rot, and moisture deformation. It remains dimensionally stable across temperature fluctuations ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C.

Visually, the arch features a smooth, clean-lined curved profile that frames a room or window beautifully. The focal point is the majestic central bracket, which adds a traditional touch to the otherwise sleek arc. This combination of clean curves and classical ornamentation makes it highly versatile, complementing neoclassical, Mediterranean, or even transitional modern architectural styles. It creates a grand transition that visually expands the height and volume of any space.

This versatile architectural component excels in multiple settings. On exterior facades, it serves as a robust window header or a grand entrance archway above front doors, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant paint to prevent yellowing. Indoors, it is ideal for defining transitions between living rooms and dining areas, lining hotel lobby corridors, or enhancing upscale restaurant entrances. Its deep 221 mm profile provides a substantial, three-dimensional presence on any wall.

Installation is highly efficient compared to plaster or carved stone. The pre-primed surface is ready for finishing, though applying an additional primer according to your paint manufacturer's guidelines is recommended to ensure a full warranty. Secure the arch using a premium polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive combined with mechanical screws for permanent stability. Once mounted, seams can be easily filled, sanded, and coated with any high-quality water-based or synthetic paint.
