classical architecture

Classical architecture is a historical building and decoration style that uses proportion- and symmetry-based decorative elements such as columns, cornices, casings and medallions. Spaces designed in this style are arranged with profiles and motifs from the antique and neoclassical periods. Polure produces these elements in polyurethane: the material is lightweight and applies directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister, and can be painted. Being lighter than its stone, plaster and wood equivalents, classical architectural elements are easy and quick to install. Because they are mould-cast, the profile and motif details are applied at the same dimensions across repeating sections.
