Decorative Beam Bracket

Polure decorative beam brackets provide authentic architectural support styling under ceiling beams, roof eaves, mantels, and wall ledges in both rustic and classical interiors and facades. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these lightweight corbels replicate the rich grain texture of hand-carved wood logs or detailed masonry without the heavy weight, cracking, or insect infestation of natural timber. Engineered with a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they are moisture-resistant in humid rooms or outdoor weather. With dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Installation is simple for a single installer: apply continuous PU assembly adhesive along rear and top contact surfaces, anchor directly into wall studs or ceiling framing using countersunk screws, fill screw holes with acrylic or facade filler, sand smooth (180-220 grit), and paint with topcoat paint.
