Classic Polyurethane Wall Panel Geometric Frame Design

The P3000C decorative panel is a premium architectural element designed to add structured elegance and depth to plain walls. Measuring 537 mm by 995 mm with a prominent 30 mm profile depth, this rigid polyurethane panel provides a classic framed aesthetic that instantly elevates the architectural character of any space.

Manufactured with a high-density formulation of 150-220 kg/m³, the panel replicates the solid feel and durability of wood without the associated vulnerabilities. Its closed-cell structure ensures low water absorption (below 1%), rendering it resistant to swelling, rotting, and humidity-induced warping. With high dimensional stability, it maintains its precise shape in temperatures ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C.

Aesthetically, the panel showcases a smooth white surface defined by sharp, recessed geometric molding. This classic frame layout acts as a traditional boiserie or wainscoting element, casting deep, crisp shadows that enrich the wall's texture. The clean lines fit seamlessly into traditional, neoclassical, or transitional design schemes.

This versatile panel is ideal for creating focal points in residential and commercial interiors, such as living room feature walls, luxury bedroom headboards, hotel lobbies, and upscale restaurant dining areas. Thanks to its moisture resistance, it can also be safely installed on exterior facades to create elegant entrance frames or decorative patio walls, provided a UV-resistant topcoat is applied.

Compared to heavy, fragile plaster alternatives or low-detail EPS foam, it offers a lightweight, shatterproof, and highly detailed solution. Installation is straightforward: ensure a clean, dry wall surface, perform precise 45-degree miter cuts, and apply a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive. To ensure long-term stability, mechanical securing with screws is mandatory. Finish by filling joints with putty, sanding with 180-220 grit, and applying two coats of paint. While the factory primer prepares the surface, an additional specialized primer before painting is optional based on your paint manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
