Polyurethane Patterned Frame Corner for Wall Panel Molding

The P85008F corner element is a specialized decorative molding designed to simplify and elevate the creation of wall frames and boiserie panels. Measuring 305x305 mm with a profile thickness of 26 mm, this piece serves as a pre-formed corner junction, eliminating the need for complex, time-consuming miter cuts of patterned linear profiles. It ensures a highly precise, symmetrical layout for wall and ceiling paneling systems, giving projects a clean and unified appearance.

Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this structural ornament offers a hardness comparable to wood but with superior physical properties. Unlike traditional plaster (gypsum) which is brittle and prone to cracking, or MDF and timber which swell and warp in humid conditions, this material maintains its exact dimensions regardless of temperature fluctuations. Its closed-cell composition ensures water absorption remains under one percent, making it highly resistant to rot and pests.

The visual appeal of this decorative corner lies in its deep, classical relief carvings. It features a detailed acanthus leaf scroll that flows gracefully from the sides, culminating in a stylized fan-like shell motif at the outer corner. This intricate design, captured with high-fidelity molding technology, brings depth and historical character to flat walls. Every piece is identical, ensuring that all four corners of a wall frame match perfectly without the manual inconsistencies common in plaster hand-carving.

This corner molding is highly versatile, finding its place in residential living rooms, corridors, dining areas, and bedrooms, as well as upscale commercial spaces such as hotel lobbies, restaurants, and executive offices. It can be used to frame wallpapers, painted accent walls, or mirrors. For outdoor applications, it serves as an excellent decorative accent on building facades, provided it is finished with a protective layer of UV-resistant paint to prevent discoloration.

Installation is fast and straightforward due to the lightweight nature of the material. The corner piece is secured using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive alongside mechanical fasteners like small screws for immediate stability. The product comes pre-finished with a factory-applied primer that facilitates subsequent painting. While this primer prepares the surface, applying an additional specialized primer before painting with water-based or synthetic paints is optional and remains the choice of the customer or installer.
