Polyurethane Patterned Corner Moulding for Wall Frames

The P82010B is an ornate polyurethane frame corner designed to eliminate difficult 45-degree miter cuts while elevating your wall panelling layouts. Serving as a crucial transitional piece, this product allows architects and interior designers to construct flawless 90-degree corners for wainscoting, wall frames, and ceiling borders. By integrating these pre-formed corners, you achieve a highly professional, symmetrical finish with minimal effort on-site.

Measuring 224x224 mm with a profile thickness of 24 mm, this corner piece is engineered to align seamlessly with matching linear moulding profiles. Manufactured from high-density (150-220 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane, it possesses a structural density similar to hardwood. This ensures excellent impact resistance in high-traffic areas, while maintaining a lightweight form that does not add unnecessary weight to walls or ceilings. Its closed-cell composition guarantees a water absorption rate under 1%, preventing warping, swelling, or rotting over time.

Visually, the P82010B features a beautifully detailed surface adorned with classical floral and star-like relief motifs. These decorative elements are nestled within a clean, stepped border, creating a striking contrast between traditional organic patterns and sharp architectural lines. This balanced aesthetic makes it highly suitable for neoclassical, Victorian, and transitional interiors where refined wall details are paramount.

This versatile corner moulding is perfect for creating sophisticated accent walls, decorative headboard frames (boiserie) in master bedrooms, and framed wall panels in formal dining rooms or hotel lobbies. Due to its exceptional resistance to moisture and dimensional stability tested within -20 °C / +70 °C, it can also be safely installed in damp environments like luxury bathrooms or used as decorative trim on exterior villa facades when coated with UV-resistant paint.

For installation, apply a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive to the mounting surface and secure the corner mechanically using screws or nails. Once the adhesive cures, fill any joints and screw holes, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and prepare for painting. While the factory-applied primer offers an excellent base, applying an optional secondary primer in line with your chosen paint brand's instructions is recommended for long-term paint durability.
