The P2001K is a premium decorative corner element designed to bring structured elegance to architectural surfaces. Serving as an ornamental corner block, it allows designers and architects to construct detailed wall frames, ceiling borders, and custom boiserie panels. By eliminating the complexities of traditional plasterwork, this component offers a highly durable, lightweight alternative for modern and classical interiors alike.

Engineered from high-density rigid polymer material with a density of 150-200 kg/m³, this corner piece matches the structural hardness of wood while remaining significantly lighter. Measuring 460 by 460 mm with a depth of 55 mm, it provides a bold, dimensional presence on any surface. Its closed-cell composition ensures water absorption is below one percent, rendering the product completely moisture-resistant and immune to rotting, warping, or swelling under changing temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.

Visually, the P2001K is defined by its ornate classical relief. The corner vertex features a beautifully detailed seashell motif—reminiscent of Rococo and Baroque aesthetics—which gracefully transitions into symmetrical, flowing acanthus leaf scrolls. This deep relief molding creates rich shadow lines that enhance the visual depth of walls and ceilings, making it an excellent focal point for luxury paneling systems.

This versatile ornamental block is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Indoors, it is commonly used to frame walls in grand dining rooms, hotel lobbies, and master bedrooms, or to accent the corners of decorative ceiling frames. When installed on exterior facades, such as under roof eaves or around window arches, it withstands weathering exceptionally well, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant exterior coating.

Installation is straightforward and efficient compared to brittle gypsum. The process involves preparing a clean, dry substrate, applying a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive to the mounting surfaces, and securing the piece mechanically with screws. After filling joints and screw holes with an appropriate filler and sanding the surface, the pre-primed face is ready for paint. While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an additional primer coat is optional and depends on the paint brand's warranty guidelines.
