A decorative border is a thin-profile polyurethane ornamental element applied as a band on the wall surface. It is used on living room, hallway and bedroom walls to divide the wall at a certain level, to separate two different colours or surfaces, and to add decoration. The polyurethane material is lightweight and fixes directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted. Being lighter than a plaster border, installation is quick even on long runs. As it is mould-cast, the pattern repeats the same along the whole border profile.
